Burrowing Owls, San Joaquin Kit Fox, Red Legged Frog

Some of the local inhabitants who would be affected by this project, through habitat destruction, dislocation and habitat fragmentation. (Note that while the site includes potential San Joaquin kit fox habitat, the likelihood of its presence is considered small.  Both burrowing owls and red legged frogs have been obsered at the site.)
